Elite Sport Training

We support high level athletic achievement and sport advancements with our prep hockey teams. With professional certified coaches leading the charge, these teams have dedicated training and practice schedules, and compete with other prep schools throughout the region and internationally.

High Performance Fitness

Mount Academy’s High Performance Fitness Program provides rigorous physical training elements while addressing performance-related topics in nutrition, wellness and mental aspects of competition.

Sport Facility

Located in the North Rustico community, the Eliyahu Wellness Centre at Canada Games Place stands as a beacon, hosting the one-of-a-kind Olympic-sized ice surface on Prince Edward Island. This cutting-edge facility is poised to become a central hub for athletes and participants, ultimately crafting a lasting sporting heritage that will enrich the entire province.
