Strength & Conditioning
Our Strength and Conditioning programs position our athletes for success. First, we start with fitness and self-evaluations in order to identify an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. Then we target areas of interest to focus on and together set goals that are both realistic and achievable.

It takes a comprehensive approach that considers the individual as a whole and addresses all physical, mental and emotional aspects needed in order to develop a well-rounded athlete. Long-Term Athletic Development
Our High Performance Fitness program follows Sport Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model— a framework for an optimal training, competition and recovery schedule for each stage of athletic development. Athletes train based on their age and sport, and ultimately strives to produce elite and consistent performers.
